Tikka Boti Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Meat (boneless cubes): 1 kg
- Gram Masala (granded): 2 tbsp
- Ginger: 2 Inch Piece
- Garlic: 1 pothi
- White Cumin: 2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds: 2 tbsp
- Yogurt: 150 g
- Salt: according to your taste
- Red pepper power: according to your taste
- Oil: 150 g
Method:
Boil meat until half cooked. Add yogurt and other ingredient in a pot, mix them well. Now add Half boiled meat in the yogurt. After 2, 3 hours, put meat pieces on skewers. Cook meat over coal until they get red color. During grill pour oil over meat pieces. Serve with dip and salad.
