Carrot And Lemon Pickles

Ingredients:

  • Carrot: 1 Kg
  • Lemon: 1 Kg
  • Salt: 2 Tbsp
  • Red Peper: 2 Tbsp
  • Haldi: 1 Tbsp
  • Kaloonji: 3 tbsp
  • Sonf: 3 tbsp
  • Raye dana: 3 tbsp
  • Methi Dana: 3 tbsp
  • Salt: 3 tbsp
  • Red Peper: 3 tbsp
  • Sarsoo Oil: 3/1 kg ( 3 quarter)

Method:

Peel carrot and cut them like finger. Cut lemon into 2 pieces. Add red peper, salt and haldi. Leave them over night.

Next day drain water from carrot and lemon and dry them in the sunlight or in room temperature. Take a pot add carrot, lemon, kaloonji , sonf , raye dana , methi dana , namak , lalmirch and haldi in it. Add oil (Sersoo).

Note:

  • Use wood spoon in jar.
