Ingredients: 

Maida/All purpose Flour: 1/2 kg
Sugar: 25 g (2tbsp a little bit less)
Salt: 7 grm (1/2 tbsp)
Oil: 50 ml (1/4 cup)
Water: 225 ml (1cup)
Unipuff: 400 g 

Method:


Mix All ingredients in water, then add this liquid in all purpose flour and make dough. After 30 mintes add uniPuff and fold the dough. Make roti, fold it and leave 30 minutes. Again fold roti and leave 30 minutes. do same thing 3 times. Roll the flour into a flat roti and shape them. Bake them for 15 minutes.
