Makhadi Halwa 

Ingredients:


Manioc/Soji: 1 Cup
Milk: 2 Cup
Butter/Ghee: 1 Cup
Water: 1 Cup
Sugar: 1 Cup
Green Cardamom/Sabaz Elaichi: 1 tspEggs: 2
Almond Crushed: 2 Tbsp
Pista Crushed: 2 Tbsp

Method

Add water and sugar in a put and cook until sugar is resolved. In another pot add soji, milk and ghee, cook them until soji get light brown for 15 - 20 minutes. Now add sugary water and elaichi power in it. Now add mixed eggs slowly so them are not scrambled. Add half dry fruits and leave to simmer for 5 minutes

Dish it out sprinkle remaining dry fruits over it.
