- Rasgullas 8-10
- Milk 2 liters
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Flour 2 Tsp
- Milk Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp
- Pista Chips 1 Tsp
METHOD
- Roast flour in a pan very lightly (it should not become brown)
- Mix properly in half cup milk no lumps should be there.
- Mix this paste and sugar in milk , boil the milk till it is reduced to half.Cool.
- In a baking dish arrange rasgulla , pour thickened milk over it.
- Sprinkle milk masala and pista chips over it.
- Bake at 140 degree for 20-30 min till crusty brown layer is formed on top.
- Serve chilled or warm whichever you prefer.
Note: You can increase or decrease sugar according to your taste.
